MEDHOME ELEARNING REFUND POLICY (GLOBAL – DIGITAL EDUCATION SERVICES)

MedHome (hereinafter referred to as “MedHome,” “the Company,” or “We”) is a provider of international medical education courses delivered to a global audience of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals.

We acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise and are committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and consistency in all refund-related matters across all regions.

1. TRANSPARENCY AND FAIRNESS

• MedHome follows a clear and fully disclosed refund structure
• No hidden charges or undisclosed clauses
• By enrolling, the participant agrees to this policy
• Participants are advised to review all course details before payment

2. NATURE OF SERVICES (GLOBAL DIGITAL CONTENT CLAUSE)

• MedHome provides digital and hybrid educational services, including:

  • Live online sessions 
  • Recorded lectures 
  • Downloadable materials (notes, PDFs, question banks) 

✔ Important:
→ These are intangible digital services and are considered consumed once accessed

  • Course Access Definition (IMPORTANT):
    → Course access includes entry to:
    • MedHome website / learning portal
    • Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Recorded content libraries
    • Live session platforms
    • Exclusive paid study groups (WhatsApp / Telegram / social media)

✔ Important:
→ Once access is granted to any of the above, the course is considered “delivered and consumed”

3. GLOBAL DIGITAL REFUND PRINCIPLE

• In line with international e-learning standards:

❌ No refunds will be issued once:
• Course access has been granted
• Any recorded session or material has been accessed
• Live sessions have been attended

✔ This applies to all countries and jurisdictions

4. APPLICATION AND REVIEW PROCESS

• All refund requests must be submitted via email:
 medhomeelearning@gmail.com 

• Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• Approval is at the sole discretion of MedHome
• Response time: 48–72 business hours

5. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

A. FULL REFUND (LIMITED CASES ONLY)

• If a course is cancelled by MedHome
• Due to unforeseen operational or technical reasons

✔ Refund may exclude payment gateway or banking charges

B. NO REFUND SCENARIOS

• Personal reasons (change of mind, schedule conflicts)
• Exam date changes or cancellations
• Lack of participation or attendance
• Dissatisfaction due to personal expectations

6. COURSE FREEZE / BATCH CHANGE

• Allowed within 30 days of course commencement
• Subject to 30% administrative deduction

❌ Not applicable for:
• Promotional / discounted courses
• Limited-seat or fast-track programs
• Membership or long-term programs

7. PAYMENT & ACCESS POLICY

• Course access is granted upon payment (full or partial)
• For instalment plans:

  • Continued access depends on timely payment 

• MedHome reserves the right to:

  • Restrict or suspend access for unpaid balances 

8. USER RESPONSIBILITY (GLOBAL CLAUSE)

• Participants are responsible for:

  • Internet connectivity 
  • Device compatibility 
  • Active participation 

❌ No refunds will be granted due to:
• Personal technical issues
• Time zone differences
• Missed sessions

9. REFUND PROCESSING

• Approved refunds processed within 30 working days
• Refund issued to:

  • Original payment method OR 
  • Verified account in the same name 

• Taxes, currency conversion charges, and transaction fees are non-refundable

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• MedHome does not guarantee:

  • Exam success 
  • Certification outcomes 
  • Career advancement 

• The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses 
  • External examination body decisions 

11. INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE NOTE

• This policy is designed in accordance with global digital commerce practices
• Participants agree that:

  • Digital educational services are non-returnable once delivered 
  • Refund eligibility is governed by this policy regardless of country of access 

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• All disputes will be handled:

  • Through internal review initially 
  • Followed by resolution under applicable jurisdiction as determined by MedHome 

FINAL AGREEMENT

By enrolling in any MedHome course, the participant confirms that they have:

✔ Read and understood this refund policy
✔ Accepted digital content usage terms
✔ Agreed to limited refund conditions

How do I get my payment back?

Once your refund request is approved, MedHome will initiate the refund to the original method of payment (bank account, credit/debit card, or payment gateway).
You may request transfer to another bank account, provided the account is in the same name as the original payee.

Will I get the full amount as a refund?

No — applicable deductions will be made from the course fee as per this policy.
Taxes, transaction charges, and currency conversion fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
